The Rockdale Magnet Math Team began in 2001, a year after Rockdale Magnet School opened with only 9th and 10th graders. Since that time, the Rockdale Magnet Math Team has been classification State Champions ten times and Overall State Champions three times (in 2004, 2005, and 2013). Many students from the Math Team have been selected as members of Georgia ARML, with at least one on the Georgia ARML team almost every year since 2003.

For the current school year, we will continue to challenge ourselves to be the best Math Team in the state.

Meetings are held in Room 802 in the Magnet School Building (the RCHS Annex) every Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon from 3:15 to 4:15..
